Refund Policy

At Bintbladi we do accept Exchange / Refund if they meet the following criteria:

1. Item is returned in it's original condition received.
2. Does not exceed 14 day threshold upon receiving the items.
3. Proof of purchase which is a receipt. 

 

Terms of Refunds/Exchange:

• Customer will be liable for paying the postage for returning the item.
• International customers will face deductions from their refund for the processing of the custom fees.
• Product will be fully reviewed before a refund/exchange is approved.
• Customer will be liable for reshipment cost of item that wishes to be exchanged. 
• Customer can only exchange for the same item in a different size. If the exchange size is not available, we will issue you refund. If you would like a different item as an exchange, please place a new order respectively .
• The shipping fee is non-refundable once the items have been delivered.

Note: It takes 3-5 days for payments to be refunded to your account.
